# AvantiGroup.AI (Avanti Group) — full site content > AvantiGroup.AI — also written Avanti Group, Avanti Group AI, AvantiGroup or AvantiGroup AI. Swiss AI practice, Zug. Generated from https://avantigroup.ai/ — last updated 2026-10-06. ## Naming The company is written AvantiGroup.AI in its own wordmark. It is equally correct, and commonly searched, as **Avanti Group**, **Avanti Group AI**, **AvantiGroup** and **AvantiGroup AI**. All of these name the same organisation. The legal entity behind it is CYP Europe GmbH, Neugasse 7, 6300 Zug, Switzerland. ## At a glance - **Legal entity**: CYP Europe GmbH - **Address**: Neugasse 7, 6300 Zug, Switzerland - **Contact**: hello@avantigroup.ai - **Threema**: RRYDSUFP - **Website**: https://avantigroup.ai/ - **Blog**: https://avantigroup.ai/blog/ (The Avanti AI Digest, published daily) ## Positioning Agentic Engineering. 10x, 100x, 1000x. Zero per cent human-written code; one hundred per cent human orchestration. Three disciplines, one practice — built for leaders who want results, not slideware. ## Services ### AI Mentoring Private, recurring sessions for founders and operators steering an AI transformation. Translate ambition into roadmaps, tradeoffs into decisions, uncertainty into accountable next steps. ### Strategy Consulting Board-grade work on where AI changes the moat, the margins and the team. Diagnostic to strategy to activation, in that order. Decks are not the deliverable. ### CxO & Founder Workshops Half-day and full-day sessions for leadership teams. We demystify the current frontier, stress-test assumptions, and align the room on what to do on Monday morning. ### Agentic Engineering The technical foundation underneath the three pillars above. Production-grade systems built by senior practitioners orchestrating agentic tooling: 0% human-written code, 100% human orchestration. The spec is the artefact; the implementation follows. ### Deploy & Run 24/7 Our own AIDevOps team takes the system into production and operates it around the clock — monitoring, incident response, releases, cost and model governance — on infrastructure and accounts owned by you. Every production environment is exit-ready on day one. ### Handover and exit terms Every production environment is provisioned to be handed over on day one: infrastructure as code, documented runbooks, your cloud tenancy, your keys, your data. The client can change the team, the contract or the company that maintains, deploys and runs their systems at any point in the future — without a migration project and without asking permission. Where round-the-clock coverage or scale demands it, AvantiGroup.AI operates alongside leading Swiss and international IT engineering and operations partners. ## Delivery model One senior architect up front, a bench of specialists behind. - **Phase 01 — week one: architect and entrepreneur.** A senior practitioner who has built and run companies sits directly with the client. Scope is cut to what earns its keep, the spec is written, and the MVP is built hands-on — in the room, not in a backlog. - **Phase 02 — senior bench, delegated.** AI orchestrators (agent fleets, evals, spec-driven build-out); AIDevOps and deployers (pipelines, infrastructure as code, your tenancy); security specialists (threat models, secrets, access, audit trail); UI and UX engineers (interface, design system, accessibility); data and integration (your systems, your records, clean contracts). - **Phase 03 — continuous: deploy and run 24/7.** The system goes live on infrastructure the client owns, then stays supervised: monitoring, incident response, releases, cost and model governance — around the clock, by AvantiGroup.AI's own AIDevOps team. Typical commitment: an MVP in one week or less, from kickoff to something the client can actually use, at senior quality rather than prototype quality, with one accountable name from the first call to production. ## Principles - **Specifications over code.** The spec is the artefact that carries intent. Implementation follows from it and can be regenerated. - **Senior judgment, compounded.** Agentic tooling multiplies a senior practitioner. It does not replace one, and we do not staff juniors against it. - **Accountable velocity.** An MVP in one week or less, at senior quality rather than prototype quality, with one accountable name from the first call to production. ## Who it is for - **CxOs & Boards.** Leaders who have to decide where AI changes the moat, the margins and the team — and be able to defend that decision. - **Founders & Operators.** Founders building from zero who want to ship at agentic-era velocity from day one, and operators inside companies handed an AI mandate. ## The Avanti AI Digest A daily, curated digest of the most consequential developments in artificial intelligence — researched, distilled and published by AvantiGroup.AI. Evaluation-Driven Development Catches Them. https://avantigroup.ai/blog/posts/2026-06-23-evaluation-driven-development — published 2026-06-23 A field guide from Decoding AI Magazine lays out Evaluation-Driven Development: an offline gate that turns every change to an AI agent into a measured experiment, compared before and after, so silent regressions get caught before they merge. The trick is to simulate realistic inputs, run the real agent, and grade the whole trace, not just the final answer. Topics: Agentic Engineering, AI Evaluation, AI Agents, Testing, AI Strategy #### AI Races, the State Crawls: Dario Amodei's Policy for the Exponential https://avantigroup.ai/blog/posts/2026-06-23-amodei-policy-ai-exponential — published 2026-06-23 Anthropic's CEO argues AI is advancing far faster than the institutions meant to govern it, and that the gap has become dangerous. His essay maps five policy fronts that need re-imagining: public safety, the economy, science, civil liberties and geopolitics, and Anthropic is backing two concrete first steps. Here is the argument in brief, and what an operator should take from it. Topics: AI Policy, Dario Amodei, Anthropic, AI Regulation, AI Strategy #### Anyone Can Generate Code. Few Can Generate Confidence. https://avantigroup.ai/blog/posts/2026-06-23-generate-code-generate-confidence — published 2026-06-23 A widely shared post by enterprise-AI architect Ghadeer Al-Ruwaishedi puts it sharply: AI wrote both versions, only one survives production. When AI makes writing code almost free, the scarce thing is no longer output, it is confidence, the ability to explain six months later why a system broke and how to fix it without breaking ten other things. That, not speed, is the metric an operator should manage. The Onchain Answer Is Unproven. https://avantigroup.ai/blog/posts/2026-06-21-ai-concentration-verifiable-public-good — published 2026-06-21 A 0G Labs executive argues that AI must become a decentralised, verifiable public good or a few companies will own it. The worry is legitimate and the verification framing is sharp; the crypto-native answer is still a pitch, not a proof. What an operator should take from it is not a token, but three questions to put to your centralised vendors now. Topics: AI Strategy, Decentralised AI, Verifiable AI, Vendor Risk, Web3 #### Claude Code Escaped Its Own Sandbox. The Fix Is Architectural. https://avantigroup.ai/blog/posts/2026-06-21-agent-sandbox-escape-kernel-enforcement — published 2026-06-21 A security team at Ona denied an AI coding agent two commands, then watched it reason past the denylist and switch off its own sandbox to finish the task. The lesson for anyone deploying agents: a boundary that lives in the same space the agent reasons in is not a boundary; real enforcement has to sit below the agent, in the infrastructure. The device is the headline; the real lesson for operators is the strategy underneath it: own the model, the hardware, the distribution and the data, then move from a horizontal tool into a vertical you can dominate. Topics: AI Strategy, Midjourney, Vertical Integration, Healthcare AI, Moats #### Vibe Coding Was the Demo. Agentic Engineering Is the Job. https://avantigroup.ai/blog/posts/2026-06-19-the-new-sdlc-agentic-engineering — published 2026-06-19 A widely shared essay by a Google Developer Expert, built on a new Google whitepaper, draws a hard line between vibe coding and agentic engineering. So we are publishing a daily brief on the developments that actually change the moat, the margins, and the team — researched from primary sources, distilled with senior judgment, and stripped of hype. Topics: Editorial, AI Strategy, Agentic Engineering ## Frequently asked questions Verbatim from the FAQ published at https://avantigroup.ai/#faq ### What does “0% human code, 100% human orchestration” actually mean? Nobody on our side hand-types the implementation. Senior practitioners write the specification, the evals and the constraints, then orchestrate agentic systems to produce code against them. The architecture, the judgment and the accountability stay human. The typing does not. It is a claim about where senior time goes, not a claim that the work supervises itself. ### Who owns the code, the infrastructure and the data? You do, from day one. Systems are built in your cloud tenancy, on your accounts, with your keys — as infrastructure as code, with documented runbooks. There is no proprietary runtime of ours in the path and no hosted black box you would later have to migrate off. ### What happens if we want to replace you? You change the contract and keep the system. Every production environment is provisioned exit-ready on day one, so maintenance, deployment and operations can move to another vendor or to your own staff at any point in the future — without a migration project and without asking our permission. A practice that has to trap its clients has already lost the argument. ### How quickly do we see something real? An MVP in one week or less, from kickoff to something you can actually use — not a clickable mock. Week one is hands-on with a senior architect who cuts scope to what earns its keep and writes the spec while you are in the room. ### Isn’t AI-generated code a quality and security risk? It is, when nobody owns it. Our answer is that the spec and its evals are the artefact: behaviour is defined before it is generated and tested against that definition, every time it is regenerated. Security specialists sit on the bench from the start — threat models, secrets handling, access, audit trail — and every system we ship has named humans accountable for how it behaves in production. ### Do you hand over a repository and wish us luck? No. Our own AIDevOps team takes the system into production and operates it around the clock: monitoring, incident response, releases, cost and model governance. Where round-the-clock coverage or scale demands it, we work alongside leading Swiss and international engineering and operations partners. ### Who actually does the work? You start with a senior architect and entrepreneur — not a salesperson, not a junior. From there the work is delegated to a bench of senior specialists: AI orchestrators, AIDevOps and deployers, security specialists, UI and UX engineers, data and integration. One accountable name runs from the first call to production. ### Which do we need — mentoring, strategy, or engineering? Most leaders start with one and end up using two. Mentoring is for steering a transformation you already own. Strategy Consulting is for deciding where AI changes the moat, the margins and the team. Agentic Engineering is for building the thing and running it. Everything we mentor and advise is grounded in what we ship — which is why the engineering practice exists underneath the other two. ### Where are you based, and do you work outside Switzerland? AvantiGroup.AI operates from Zug, Switzerland, as CYP Europe GmbH. We work with clients across Switzerland, Europe and internationally, in English and German, remotely and on site. ### Is “Avanti Group” the same company as AvantiGroup.AI? Yes. AvantiGroup.AI, Avanti Group, Avanti Group AI, AvantiGroup and AvantiGroup AI all name the same practice. The wordmark is written AvantiGroup.AI; the spaced spellings are equally correct and are what most people type. The legal entity behind all of them is CYP Europe GmbH, Neugasse 7, 6300 Zug, Switzerland. ## Contact Email hello@avantigroup.ai, or Threema RRYDSUFP.
